Johnson County Public Health Department ensure the health and safety of the residents of and visitors to Johnson County in the event of a public health emergency or large-scale disease outbreak.  These documents are available on the Public Health Emergency Preparedness webpage.  Public Health also provides information about individual and family preparedness as well as an "Epi Update" which is a free, monthly e-newsletter that provides up-to-date information on infectious diseases and public health emergency planning.
