Have Family Medical Information Ready

Take time now to make a list of each family member's medical information, and keep it with your emergency supply kit or other important documents.

For each person, include:

• Name
• Allergies
• Blood type
• Medical conditions
• Prescriptions (drug names and dosages)
• Names and phone numbers of doctors, pharmacists
• Medical insurance information
